Minerva Covert – President, Property Claim Specialist

For over 25 years, I have been dedicated to advocating for homeowners, business owners, and commercial property owners, ensuring they receive fair treatment when unexpected property losses occur. My mission is simple—to protect policyholders and fight for the settlements they deserve.

In 2007, I founded Property Claim Specialist to help policyholders navigate the often frustrating and complex claims process. My passion for advocacy was solidified after personally experiencing two fires—a kitchen fire and a car fire. Seeing firsthand how insurance companies undervalue claims, I knew I had to stand up for others facing the same challenges.

With extensive hands-on experience in every stage of the claims process, I have worked directly with policyholders, conducted detailed inventories of fire-damaged property, and negotiated settlements to ensure fair and just compensation. From the initial meeting to the final resolution, I am committed to maximizing every claim.

From 2017 to 2020, I proudly served on the California Public Insurance Adjuster Board, continuing my mission to educate and advocate for policyholders across the state. Besides licensed in California, Minerva holds a license in 9 other states including Nevada, Arizona & Colorado.

Glenis Romero Hargreaves – Veteran Public Insurance Adjuster

With 37 years of experience, Glenis Romero Hargreaves is a highly respected public insurance adjuster, specializing in fire-related claims. She began her career in 1987 in the restoration industry, gaining invaluable knowledge before transitioning into public adjusting. In 1991, she became a licensed public adjuster in California, dedicating her career to advocating for policyholders and ensuring they receive fair and just settlements.

Glenis is the former owner of Fire Pro Inc., a company specializing in fire reconstruction, contents restoration, pack-outs, and total loss inventories. Her hands-on experience in post-disaster recovery has given her a unique advantage in handling complex insurance claims, ensuring that policyholders receive the full benefits they are entitled to under their policies.

Having successfully handled thousands of claims, with 95% of her expertise focused on fire losses, Glenis has built a reputation for strategic negotiation and maximizing claim payouts. She is currently licensed in seven states, including California, Florida and Hawaii.

Recognized for her deep industry knowledge, integrity, and relentless advocacy, Glenis ensures that insurance companies fulfill their promises to policyholders. Her background in both restoration and public adjusting allows her to bridge the gap between damage assessment and claim resolution, making her a trusted advocate for those facing catastrophic losses.
