Property Claim Specialist is owned and operated solely by Minerva Covert through Innovative Business Perspective, Inc.
From time to time, the Company may collaborate with other licensed public adjusters or professionals for specific projects. These collaborations do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, shared ownership, or shared management interest in the Company.

D/B/A Name Registrations, Subsidiaries and Affiliates

Innovative Business Perspective, Inc. and Property Claim Specialist, along with any and all Innovative Business Perspective, Inc. companies, are California-based corporations that conduct business as Innovative Business Perspective, Inc. (d/b/a Property Claim Specialist) and/or any of its d/b/a entities, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates.

Acceptance of Terms

All services provided to you by Property Claim Specialist via this Website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU/TOC”). Where there is no conflict with other written agreements, all services provided by Property Claim Specialist — including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new information, whether provided through this Website or other mediums — are also subject to these TOU/TOC.

By using this Website or subscribing to Property Claim Specialist services — including related software, data, technology, or intellectual property — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Assignment

This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by any party without the prior written consent of all other parties.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement, its performance, breach, or interpretation (including issues about its validity or enforceability), shall be resolved exclusively (except as provided below) by final binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) using its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• One arbitrator will be selected using AAA procedures.
• The arbitrator shall endeavor to minimize discovery and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
• A written decision shall be issued within thirty (30) calendar days after the hearing.
• The arbitrator shall not award punitive, incidental, consequential, treble, or other multiple or exemplary damages, all of which are expressly waived to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• The successful party shall be entitled to reimbursement of all arbitration costs (excluding travel), including attorney fees.

Unless otherwise agreed by all parties, any arbitration involving Innovative Business Perspective, Inc. or Property Claim Specialist shall take place in California. All parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riverside County, California, as well as to AAA processes in California.

Arbitration awards shall be final, binding, and non-appealable (except as permitted under the Federal Arbitration Act or applicable law). Awards may be filed in any court (state, federal, or foreign) having jurisdiction over the party against whom enforcement is sought.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions, along with any documents incorporated by reference, may not be changed or modified unless made in writing and signed by all parties.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Agreement remains in full force and effect.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

BY USING THIS SITE AND/OR RECEIVING SERVICES FROM PROPERTY CLAIM SPECIALIST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Property Claim Specialist reserves the right to update these TOU/TOC without prior notice.
